Its not a reaction to an extension.. thats nothing.. A "realistic" investor would not assume they weren't going to do their paperwork correctly for the last 6 years and then get taken to federal court for it.. thats the main part you should be taking from this announcement.. the rest is just stuff to try distract people from the obvious issue..
