Yes, you are probably right about the industry attitude for the reasoning. I was originally expecting a prospective rating for the 31mmbls rather than the contingent rating and was surprised it was given by the independent assessor.. Anyway, it's an academic argument as it has long since been rated. I hope your confidence in the outcome for Buffalo East 1 is borne out. For myself, I have high hopes but slightly less confidence. Ha Ha!.
