The first unusual thing to happen in a while. I look forward to the senseless sniping that drove me from this site ages ago. (And I see it hasn't lessened. Never let me down HC.)
I doubt this is a funding announcement as it the TH clearly stated "operational milestone." It makes me curious, however, that a voluntary halt was put in place for an operational milestone. Interesting.
