I dont propose to discuss in detail here what i think should happen or the likely negotiation path. Suffice to say, Bermuda has never provided a determination on an Amalgamation action based on inadequate fairness in price. I dont consider they will do so now - so they will be force negotiation.

Does China want to embarrass themselves internationally - given their interests in both South Africa and Australia? Does China want to spend more legal dollars and internationally risking their reputation, particularly in the midst of current international perceptions of their trade practices?
