    I'm not saying this is the funding announcement but it could be an announcement stating that production will begin. That would be an operational milestone as sated in TH. 

    But perhaps you're right and it is just the CDR complete. But why wouldn't they just wait until CDR was complete then trigger TH?

    It's the voluntary suspension and GOMspace extraordinary meeting that got me thinking. Could be a coincidence.
