In truth they probably are the ones still holding except for those who bought higher in the .20s and sold and suffered the grapes of wrath. If that's the case when the share skyrockets, they will say they bought back in and made their money back and more.
But the balance of their bank account would probably tell more truth before and after the fact. There's only one way to trade for profit.
