You'd think so. But since then management took forever for a SPP. Gave the market too much time to react and lower the SP below 0.59cents. No one is going to buy at a price higher than what some schmuck can get at a discount. It always happens. Just buyer sentiment. Same happened with APT, SYR, TMT and countless others. Then management come out with how they've spent the money - $150K living expenses in NYC, $2m plus on entertainment, CASH bonuses for executives on short term targets - all for a non profitable company.
This recent announcement was made not long after annual report which I assume was to mitigate loss on that Thursday bloodbath last week, but gains were given back the next day. Management better be pulling rabbits out of hats to earn their money. Wouldn't mind seeing itemized outgoings on their entertainment expenses. Lap Dances? Cognac? First Class Emirates flights? GTFOH! I vote no to their remuneration. No short term CaSH bonuses! That's ridiculous. Put it back into the company so another CR isn't done because of reckless spending.
