Just sharing my understanding of "personalisation" in the SKII concept store.
This is personalisation in Chinese.
What exactly is "Personalisation" that's being mention in SKII????
A specially designed bracelet is used to store personal data, it allows consumers to experience seamless “boundless” shopping by purchasing the products they need by just waving their wrists on a scanner, without the need for mobile application on-site.
The consumer enters the store, scans her/ his bracelet and does skin Analysis. It then provides analysis of your skin and determines the age of your skin.
It then recommends a suite of products that it believes will complement your skin condition.
Now by swiping your bracelet on the display table, it will recognize your details. Now you can simply tap on the product and it will automatically order the product and deliver to your home.
This is personalisation concept that's being heavily promoted by SKII. Utilizing AI analysis and selling products without employing any sales staff.
