There have no doubt been times where the company could have kept us better informed, but realistically in the current environment, the lack of announcements doesn't worry me at all. I'm sure the Euro patent will be announced in due course. We have seen the links to say the patent has been issued, but how do we know there is not something they are waiting on that is still preventing them from announcing it?


Right now for me the only announcements that matter are in regard to the financials of the company, and I am certainly waiting with anticipation for next weeks quarterly report. A positive financial result is the only thing right now that will get the share price moving.

Remember the day they announced that $8m contract? The share price finished in the red that day. The financials need to be good next week to get things moving again. If there is evidence to show that the integration is working, I have little doubt we will be back above $1 sooner rather than later.

The other thing to consider.... the dynamics of the market have changed considerably. I have little doubt there are small fund managers who are exiting small to midcap stocks purely as a risk reduction exercise, and no doubt NMS is affected by that. Again, a positive quarterly report should help to stop the selling. I'm sure there are plenty of keen buyers out there, but there is no need for them to rush in when they know that there are still plenty of eager sellers out there.
