Neometals NMT had a percentage of shorts of less than 1 percent.

I had a look back through shortman and during the buyback period starting mid 2017 had 0.2 percent shorted.

A few posters have said buybacks have done nothing for certain shares they have owned, but they were were not heavily shorted at the time.

Someone show me a share that initiates a substantial buyback during a period when it is shorted over 15 percent even 10, if someone can show me a share like this and it has no positive change on the share price only then will I agree it is a waste of time.
