This was a proposed JV that was both introduced and managed by the then MD, Brian Andrews. I think that you may find that Biosensia was a group involved with the developement of a roadside testing device and they were looking to use the SBN product membrane technology to incorporate into their own product. Since then, they have encountered ongoing problems with that product development although they have been successful in attracting venture capital, SBN has decided that they are best to go it alone and use its own R&D facility to develop their own roadside testing device which I believe is not that far from a pre-release. This is most definitely a hot app which has the potential to be company maker in its own right but time will of course tell!
