I'm with Art. Management failed miserably with their negotiations..... and Jeff was part of that I'm sure. A 20% increase in SK-II sales..... and OBJ gets a few pennies? P&G are clearly making a mozta off OBJ's IP and the payment structure is so messed up shareholders can't even work out the deal in place.

I'm sure several years back they hired a guy specifically for the purpose of negotiating the terms with P&G..... what a chump that bloke was..... the cash received to date and payment structure negotiated are pathetic.

OBJ is a golden goose for P&G...... but it's treated more like a battery hen.
