I also doubt we will hear about funding in this announcement but I'm tipping there is more and hoping than the CDR altho the CDR is a huge thing for SAS to move forwad
If they say they are starting the build then it's just as good for me as a funding announcement because I know they can't start till they have enough money for the production line to keep going ,
and then befor commencement we will hear about funding either way I'm excited and happy to be part of SAS
