This is a massively de-risking milestone.
With the critical design review complete passing SAS's expectations, the company can now walk into any instos office and know exactly how much money they will require and with a stack of MOUs lined up which will likely now turn into binding contracts, funding won't be too far away.
The tech is sound, the execution is sound, I have full faith in the management team.
