I think market is waiting to see if current management can perform and bring phase 1 to production. For only $10m, should not be that hard to finance.
As a project, its a beauty i think.
Once an announcement comes clarifying finance and off take, its off. Market still sceptical and understandably so.
Staying put for now.
To be releasing something like this, surely they have an idea of where they are going to get the funding from or have approached them about it.
If they announce funding, I'm not sure where this could go. 20-30c? Maybe a little more
