The board needs to engage with more institutions.  If we had 4 or 5 of them then the price would start to work its way up I believe.

Is there any capital management strategy available to the company that would tighten up its register now?  Once they start producing they can do share buy-backs.

I don't think the company needs to consolidate but maybe they could facilitate an institution mopping up 10 % of the company's shares.  Imagine if instox said they wanted 10% of the company.  The company said we don't need to raise cash so just buy them off the market.  Instox thinks this will take too long to get their 10% and they risk paying a premium  y progressively forcing the share price up.

So what if the company facilitates a buy-back scenario where the company announces insto x wants to buy $10 Million dollars worth of shares (approx 10%).  If large holders agree to stay out the process then small holders can tender their shares at a price of their choosing and Insto X can accept these offers to any cut-off price that it chooses to.

is this feasible? and if so does anybody think the small shareholders would just take it as a signal to hold onto their shares?  or is it worth a try?

disclaimer; the above post is placed in the spirit of the forum where small holders get to swap their ideas despite probably being wrong so do your own research.
