Because this is a scoping study by an independent company. A study of vanadium and graphite - both commodities , which have a transparent spot price. Any muppet can google and find what V205 is trading for on any given day.  Ruby on the other hand - is mainly valued on subjective stuff, like beauty - and hardly anyone knows the actual trading price, certainly not you and me, on any given day. Only the ruby trading experts know the price - and how many of those do we know, let alone publish their prices ?
Unlike diamonds, graphite or vanadium -  ruby have no internationally recognised grading system, a hugely opaque supply chain - and hardly anyone knows what they are worth.  So thats , in part , why I am 1000% more confidant about the quality of ground, the future of the company mining these commodities , than the pink rocks.Â
