While those of us that live in Wentworth were not happy about Malcolm being knifed by the delcons, we are not idiots. We made a decision to vote for who best represented our views and who would work to look after our interests. I doubt anything Malcolm could have said or done would have changed one vote here.
What would have changed votes here is for the Liberals to stop acting like muppets for more than five minutes. What turned my vote was Morrison throwing out decades of diplomacy and Australia's national interest chasing a few thousand Jewish votes who were all going to vote for Sharma anyway. This was the most despicable piece of politicking I think I have observed in my life.
