Nah, the brokerage is too great on $500 trades. They are from the big institutions, who have different brokerage structures, rather than lots and lots of Mum and Dad investors.
The only Capper I know of used to play for Sydney. I don't subscribe to the "capping" theory. It may happen on odd occasions, but nowhere near as often as the people on HC claim.
