You are correct.
I risk my $100 bet with Lex to state this was exactly my mistake...
Though I made quite a bit of research into the history of ASX before investing, the mistake I made, was not to fully appreciate that IMO in fact Twiggy had next to zero real skin in the game as a shareholder (even though he "appeared" to have quite a lot from the outset - an initial some 40+%)
That was my fundamental mistake...
