Ann: Update on Arbitration Funding, page-5

Let's see if it gets mentioned in the up coming Quarterly. If not I'll enquire about it. Last time I ran into Mike and mentioned it, he said that there wasn't much to put on the website at that time, but that 'they' were slowly getting it together. Must be getting close. 

As for the arbitration process I don't know where that is at, right now, but since we haven't heard of any settlement overtures I'm assuming that everytrhing is slowly moving towards our day in 'court'. 

I rather agree with the poster who wrote a while back that a settlement is more likely than not, eventually, I'm told GIP's records are meticulous.
