Indeed PB, along with many others saw the writing on the wall and worked hard with the then oppostition to get in their ear.
Hopefully this relationship will also lead to some tax assistance and federal investment to build the full scale plant, which Howard wasn;t interested in.
The media will eat this up when it happens.... an Australian company producing diesel at a at a marginal cost compared to crude$$...and potentially using reserves that it has been uneconomical to access traditionally.
What will LNC be worth when they prove the process? I dont know maybe someone can someone here has some ideas?
