Just in case people are too lazy to read the announcement, those dilly-dallying about buying their 20k MUA shares are now too late to receive cash:

Accordingly, any person buying Mitula Group shares after today, Monday 22 October 2018 should be aware that they will not be entitled to receive cash consideration for those shares under the scheme.

People buying any number of MUA shares from now on will receive LIFULL shares in exchange. The LIFULL announcement states this was done to protect how much cash LIFULL has to pay for the acquisition. So I assume the MUA share price will (continue to) track the LIFULL share price. LIFULL announced results yesterday evening.
