Last Friday there was an announcement that they reached critical desorption. There has been signs of gas and they will be cranking up to get a sustained production. Again, poised to be the next O&G mid cap... Then Monday they Ann about the takeover.
Do you really think from the time that a made an very positive announcement at the cooper, to it all going to crap, to forming the deal with UIL to supposedly drawing our attention away from the Cooper and looking West. All in the space of 48 hours!!
The UIL process would have taken weeks... They have been spruiking JAWS heavily for months, and I havent seen anything but positivity coming out of it. Its a nice conspiracy theory to say they are trying to reduce expectations at the cooper, and turning it West, but the timeline doesn't add up.
