Confirmation IMO that PE is getting interested.
Ever wondered how something gets a STRONG SELL rec then a couple of years later at many multiples of the price it gets the STRONG BUY rec?
The STRONG BUY lets the big volume get out of the position they took during the STRONG SELL.

Ps: nice to get the divi in the account doesn't make up for a complete tanking of capital but a silver lining nonetheless

KB-if the SP tanked from the latest bad news from $4.50 to $2.50, that equates to a 45% drop.
but if the SP rebounds 45%, then the SP will only be $3.60.

so i conclude from this that it's a lot harder going up than for it coming down!
