You’ve got it completely wrong. There’s absolutely no takeover bid and no bid to control management.

You seem to have gleaned a lot from reading the latest threads but have somehow missed all of the rationale? (which doesn’t make sense as the rationale has also been discussed at length).

I’m guessing that early voting is starting to indicate just how much support there is for the removal of RT.
