I've only come to AOG today as I had a few clients in the door asking me to review their AVEO contact prior to entering into their village.

I don't know if anyone here has had the opportunity to read one of their contracts but if these guys were on the stand at the RC they would be eaten alive. There is no way that under any circumstances that the deal they are offering to the elderly would come out positively.

It was horrible, 35% exit fee, no capital growth on your investment + $5,000 pa management fees + the ability for them to kick you out if your deemed too senile. etc.

As a potential resident its a really bad outcome, however for a shareholder of AOG's the business model should be a great money spinner.

there's a lot of political risk in this for me at the moment.
