so does that mean Jame Bay and Mount Cathlin is only $76 mil?
Mount Cathlin is giving us at least $30 mil of net profit every year, even with the Q3 hip up?, so for 2 and half years Mount Cathlin can pay this $76 mil off and you can have Jame bay for free?
All this with the current lithium spot price in China rising back up or staying stable?
EV continues to growth?
Is the SP down because the investor doesn't like the direction GXY taking in regarding to developing SDV?
It is all about the herd mentality. When the herd moves in one direction you don't need common sense or valuation, you just need momentum. The best example of this recently was Bitcoin. I remember this time last year I couldn't get away from people try to convince me the need to buy as it kept racing higher and higher. It did not matter what I said to them they purchased into the moment not because of value because of the confidence the herd provides. This is now happening to GXY and other lithium companies. No reason or value or logic is needed. Those that feel safe by selling with the herd will do so, until things turn around. Funny thing is when it does they will continue to make even bigger mistakes.
Forget what anyone else is doing. Forget about what the price is doing. DYOR and if there is value, reason and logic then buy and continue to buy while you can until there is no longer value, reason or logic. At that point the herd will be buying at the wrong time and you will be smiling and ready for the next adventure. We humans don't learn from history and we just keep making the same mistakes over and over again. If you learn from history your wallet will be very thankful.
