AVEO arrogance in the past. I agree, the contracts appear to have improved
(Doesn't say much for the old ones). But I still wonder why anyone would move
Into a DMF type vIllage when there are perfectly good relocateable home vIllages
at much better prIcIng with no DMF. Another concern Is the current overvalued
property market. An overdue correctIon In property values would Impact harshly
on theIr busIness model.
