1. company has been forced into building a pilot plant because it couldn't get contracts signed.
probably should have foreseen this, but such is business
2. pilot plan will not be operational until april 2019.
therefore, don't expect any contract(s) be signed until AT LEAST MID 2019
3. people are therefore putting there money to work elsewhere.
l'm in it for the long haul, its a bottom drawer stock for me.
I haven't purchased for a while... and l'm getting some funds in order right now to buy more
...
