This is really a cobalt play. The fundamentals for that metal with this grade are excellent.
Funding? Funding something like this as a small open cut mine is not a lot of money. You can be sure that the Chinese would fund something like this in the DRC over anyone and quickly. The Oz market is not a big player in funding projects like this and it doesn't matter imo.
I have little to zero doubt they will get this running next year. This is not AVZ that needs north of $150m to fund its project.
