In my opinion Smarts 3 will not produce this quarter (worst case). And that should see 17.5k ounce production or something like that, maybe more if they can use stockpiles. Then again Smarts 3 could be back on track before quarter end.
Maybe worth a look: here are videos on youtube from a recent (June?) visit to Troy by Guyana government officials. Smarts 3 looks very good if that is footage from the visit.
