 Yes.  Writing was on the wall for me, went with my gut today and exited at a loss.   

The issues for me was ..,

The overall market can only be described as weak.

There are 48m shares hitting the market next week that sophs paid 3 cents for and will want a profit or their money back, but who's going to buy them?

Company had just $200k end September.  Not sure if they have drawn down the last of the $400k they had available.

I feel the reason they took out xCom was for the revenue and reduction of overheads when business is brought into OLV.    I was hoping for a big win in US which would have punched the revenue into C/F +.

SP Always goes back to placement price even in a liquid stock, this is totally illiquid.

Holders though may reap a reward if the 4C is a ripper.   The next two qtrs may well be positive too

i just couldn't see all these new shares getting moved through.   

Actually i wouldn't be at all surprised if the 4C is terrific.  Looks like it's going to get released later than usual to align with the sophs when they get their shares into their accounts.

Experiance has demonstrated to me that just because the sophs see value, it doesn't guarantee such.   See CCA sops bought at 58cents!

Anyway thought it important to clarify why i quit even if no one cares since I no longer hold.  I was positive with my previous posts until my gut told me different.
