Your initial question was asking opinions on funds moving from the share market to property

I replied on this basis that IMO there will not be large amounts of funds moving from one the the other.

Of course there will always be under valued assets that become available and in a bear market be it property or shares. This assets will be good pickings for astute investors to buy quality assets that for one reason or another are under priced.

A simple fact of bull and bear markets, a bull market even the rubbish is over priced, a bear market anything that is slightly less attractive will see it's price cut often below it's real value

The availability of these occasional good buys is not an indication of the health of the overall market nor is it a trigger that is going to lead large sums of money to move from one market to another. Especially when the fundamentals of the overall market the funds would be moving to are not that sound.

I do not doubt there will be a number of great buys in real estate over coming years, the longer prices stagnate for the greater and better value these bargains will be, so there is no great rush to pick them up.
