I have been advised from 2 separate major holders that there is a group being formed in the background who are gathering enough numbers to vote that could put forward a 'no' vote at the AGM to reappointment. this is in no way set in concrete nor is it something that I can definitively say will be able to occur. I am a realist and in my line of work, evidence speaks for itself so it is nothing but hearsay in my opinion at this stage. take it with a pinch of salt. however, if the numbers I have been advised are able to come together, I would not be a confident board member come voting day unless there are some runs on the board. my research has revealed that the major shareholders are not necessarily all united and the board may not have the majority of the vote, regardless of what they believe. the company is entering into a new phase which is why I believe there is a shareholding group/s that are uniting to ensure that the current fire remains lit.... as always, do not take this as gospel and is only from what I have researched for my own investing purposes.
