The AGM is on 15 Nov. Plenty of time to vote. Electronic voting is simple, quick and easy. I assume the Top 40 group are already all over this.... If you think TB should go, vote him out, if you don’t agree with the amount of performance shares proposed, vote them down. Simple!

Performance shares are just that... shares issued as a result of performance. They should be earned. Management have done a great job proving the resource but the last 2 cap raises have been huge failures as can be seen by the current share price. Who would’ve thought we’d back at 10 cents with our ML in hand??!! It’s obvious now the interests of shareholders are not a priority for TB.

Once shareholders see a return, the BOD should be remunerated accordingly IMO.
