Your scenario would involve Gomspace either being financially irresponsible or a willing partner to this theoretical 'pump and dump.' Why would Gomspace start production of the Pearls without being confident of funding. Let alone spend time & money on the CDR process. That's how the business world works. They need to be paid for the work they have already started.
I did have a chuckle at your 'fund SAS in return for nothing' comment though. Perhaps you need to refresh yourself with the definition of the word investment.
You also suggested the SP is being propped up by someone at .059? Looking at the charts over the last week it seems the opposite is more accurate. Rising during the day but closing back at .059. Except yesterday closing at .058 on a red day for the ASX. This looks more like accumulation to me.
