I certainly dont have the answer to your question.
One can only presume that as previously stated the Co believes the release of individual assays will not have the required impact to create that upwards pressure that you speak of. It seems clear that the recently released info was done so only to bolster their presentation to a "major investment group" at TC. Call it an exception to the stated policy on release of assays. For good cause we hope.
The release of assays in bulk with the possibility of defining significant new Jorc resources as a result of collating and interpreting should see a significant impact on the sp, imho
