    Further bond holder information received today;


    No action required at this stage. Noteholders are not giving up any rights at this stage. A permanent solution is being prepared and will be out shortly. The senior banks continue to be supportive. Axsesstoday is currently working on a proposal that will be put forward to bondholders in the near term.
