must be a load of doomsdayers on this thread........I posted on the AXI thread about a 17 mill profit for a property company............and posted something on this thread about it.........this thread had 100 reads...........but the axi thread had 9 reads............what.........obviously no one is interested in a 17 mill profit............but they are all interested in a 60% glut in prices .....pigs might fly too......oh and just wait until we get our hands on the rudd's first home owners tax cuts........like the first home owners grant........it pushed the prices up cheers
