Very correct and restrained of you to use conservative figures.
Acouple of points to add, if i may;

1- You have used a US$ for the POG and a A$ for extraction costs. This probably puts your calculations out a little. In fact it puts them on the low side.

2- You (possibly deliberately) have not included the economic benefit of any copper found as historically this has been a major by-product of mines in the region.

3- Quite rightly you point out that this figure attributes no value to the Tanami or other projects 100% owned by excalibur.
