Isn't it interesting how ruthless the banks get when things turn down....you should never forget it....a friend relayed a story to me about a couple way out west who upgraded and are now equity negative...worst situation to be in....A real estate friend told me many sales are falling through now because of the difficultly in getting finance.....only the start imo.
