Not sure this is a good idea.
We need to be using what pitiful cash is left investing into new projects to (hopefully) get a return on that investment. A buy-back simply returns that cash to participating sellers, leaving the treasure house poorer, with less cash to invest. A buy-back really only works when there is an excess of income over spend, and the share price is lagging.
We have no income, so we are simply using cash reserves to pay out some shareholders.....
