Ideal for whom? EXU?
Perhaps RMS just walks and lets EXU struggle on as it has been doing for a while, with increasing shareholder dilution.
We will see how desperate RMS is if it takes the bait you are suggesting.
I think they can continue to wait for a year or two as EXU burns whatever cash it gets from whomever is doing the deal. In the meantime other opportunities could arise for RMS to make the EXU tie up less important.
Most of the shareholders of the tiddlers get reamed over time as they wait for the promised land to be delivered to them by management and end up with next to nothing. Here is an opportunity to actually be part of a profitable miner, instead of living on hopium.
I hope RMS withdraws its offer after whatever deal is done by EXU. RMS could sell its EXU shares to tank its share price and it will be trading at below cash backing or perhaps 6 cents given all the newly minted shares.
