Ill know more when we see where the shares wen't. It seems like things are ramping up, FLC need the money to do so and they don't want to lose contracts because of cash on hand. It seems the money is going to be used to win new contracts and not because they are running out of cash and just ticking along.
As long as the buyer is good i think this CR is a positive with momentum building.
