I'm starting to see the reason behind JNS and Airguide's SP performance window, doesn't it end around April 2019 sometime? If the share price can get above 10c by 15th April then surely those 10c options will be exercised? Unless Huayou wants to send a message.
Could even be a case for Huayou to exercise those options with an SP below 10c if they really care about this project. If they wanted to increase their holdings at a lower rate, it would take a lot of work to accumulate 200 million shares on the market. Exercising at 10c would prob send the share price to above 10c, as it's a fairly positive sign to the market, raising $20 mil?
