Roma motels have experienced an occupancy boost following an agreement between Easternwell and Senex Energy to accommodate crew members in local motels who are providing drilling services on Senex’s Roma North Project (part of its Western Surat Gas Project) located north-east of Roma in Queensland. Up to 25 local motel rooms were occupied during August with a similar number expected during October.
