I am not downramping, I am just trying to present all the risks involved so investors can make an informed decision.

Back in last year, if Mr Learner and others (those so called "downrampers") didn't point out the risk of VC deal, I would probably NOT realising VC is a fishy deal. The fact has proven Mr Learner is right, and it has saved me from losing a substantial amount of my profit. So your statement about "every all knew the risks" are not entirely accurate, some people may not completely know the risks involved. The good thing about this forum is people can share their opinion, whether it's positive or negative doesn't matter, as long as it's based on fact and logical thinking. If you think some of my opinion is inaccurate, I am more than happy to correct it as long as you can present with facts (Not assumptions).

Please check my post last year right before I sold, I have voiced about my frustration about the VC deal and the performance shares issue in this forum.

I am holding a professional medical-related qualification, as well as a finance-related qualification in a renowned tertiary institution. Hence, I may know a little bit about medical cannabis than some other people here. I don't really care whether other people ignore me or not, but I will feel happy if my advice can save people from making loss (or maximising their profit).
