There is zero reason why anyone should still be on Nauru. If the current government can't sort out the issues, then they should either get someone who can, or step aside and let someone else do it.

Make a decision, and then action it, don't leave people (and kids) in limbo for years.

They have a choice. Take the offer, and go back home if Nauru is so terrible. They are not being detained on Nauru but they are not being welcomed into Australia. Herein lies the difference.......
