The OA lets you buy the shares at 6c prior to 31 Nov 2018. So the only time not to convert them would be if the SP falls below 6c.

Even if the SP falls to 8c, you would still be 2c better off converting, than if you let them expire.

If you do not have the funds to convert them; then sell them prior to 15Nov which will give the new owner a couple weeks to convert them.

Letting them expire will mean that you get nothing back.

I will be converting mine next week; cannot see the SP going below 6c. People holding the Head Shares may have some advantages over option holders if there is a CR at a discount to the SP  . . . . . . maybe with some BITOC's attached for good measure LOL.
